Physicist turned engineer who works with customers. I solve technical problems by building: working prototypes, agentic tooling, live demos. Seven years in tech: five in customer-facing technical roles across analytics, data, integration and sustainability, two building LLM pipelines at a research startup from 2022, in the early days of GenAI.

Amplitude — Senior Solution Engineer
Oct 2025 – Present · London
- Designed and built an agentic RFP-response system with Claude Code. Independent verifier subagents check every claim against our documentation, isolated from the drafting context; security questions route to a human. Cut 100-question questionnaires from 2-3 days to about 3 hours.
- Built custom Claude skills for live agentic demos via Amplitude's MCP connector, used in almost every deal. Flagship: a "self-healing funnel" agent that diagnoses a conversion decline, checks what past experiments, guides and surveys already tried, then builds a new experiment in Amplitude or Statsig and writes it up in a notebook.
- Demo Amplitude's Agent Analytics to AI-native prospects: tracing agent sessions down to individual LLM and tool calls, scoring quality with automated evaluators, and tying agent performance to conversion and retention.
- Lead SE for UK & Ireland enterprise, covering 5 enterprise account executives and supporting the velocity team. Seven figures closed in my first year, across new customers and expansions in financial services, FMCG, retail and digital-native scale-ups.

- Built LLM extraction pipelines in Python for an AI materials-selection tool: ingested 10,000 journal issues to identify sustainable packaging materials, with a labelled set for evaluation. Airflow, BigQuery, Postgres, MongoDB.
